Seeds from Redko
Redko, who lives in the Kurgan region, is a well-known tomato collector in our country. The seeds she has collected in her collection are distinguished not only by their culinary appeal but also by their unusual coloring.
For 2025, the collector recommends choosing the following tomato seeds:
- Shadow Fight. Characterized by excellent productivity. The plant forms bushes with a maximum height of 80 cm. The shoots bear dark green, wrinkled, and fairly wide leaves. The bush produces round, red tomatoes with gold and green stripes and a purple tint. The pulp contains little juice. Tomatoes weigh between 80-100 g. They are characterized by excellent resistance to climate fluctuations and diseases.
- Yellow Dwarf Shona. Its distinctive feature is its bright lemon color. The tomatoes themselves are fleshy and quite large. They average 100-300 g in weight and grow on a small plant.
- Blazing beauty. A distinctive feature is the rich orange-yellow hue of the tomatoes. The plant's leaves resemble potato leaves. The fruits weigh approximately 120 g;
- Husky. Its seeds are recommended for sowing in flowerpots or containers. It produces a high yield, but small fruits weighing 20 grams. It is highly disease resistant.
Redko also recommends the following varieties for cultivation in 2025:
- Legend. An early-ripening, low-growing variety developed by breeders in the US state of Oregon. It has excellent resistance to late blight. These tomatoes are characterized by a strong aroma. They are red in color and flattened and round in shape.
- Little Joy. An early-ripening variety. The tomatoes are heart-shaped and raspberry-colored. They taste sweet. Little Joy weighs approximately 100-150 g. The bushes can grow up to 50 cm. The collector is especially proud to offer seeds of this variety for 2025.
- Valentines. It also produces heart-shaped fruits, but these are pink. They weigh 150-300 g. This is a mid-season, medium-sized tomato variety.
Redko's collection, offered for 2025, also includes seeds of other varieties. Winnie the Pooh will delight gardeners with a high yield. Its bushes can grow up to 180 cm. It produces raspberry-pink tomatoes of an elongated shape with fleshy, dense flesh. Dutchman, on the other hand, produces gently ribbed fruits with a silvery hue. Their flesh is seedless and very sweet. The harvest is produced on tall bushes.
Another variety worthy of attention in 2016 is Soldatsky. It produces fleshy, bright crimson tomatoes weighing approximately 500 g. Super Bomba is ideal for outdoor cultivation. This variety is characterized by excellent flexibility and excellent flavor. The plant itself can grow to a height of approximately 150 cm.
In addition to the varieties listed above, the collector recommends considering seeds of the following species for 2025:
- Tomato. A mid-late, tall variety. It is characterized by sweet, heart-shaped fruits that can weigh up to 1 kg;
- Chepasik. Distinguishing features: boat-shaped. It was bred in the American state of Maryland. Average weight ranges from 300-500 g.
- Minusinsk Giant. This tall, mid-season variety produces heart-shaped, red tomatoes weighing approximately 300-500 g.
- Burlak Minusinsk. Considered the highlight of the collection, recommended for 2025. It produces red, round fruits on tall, mid-season bushes;
- Gale. Characterized by high yields, the bush produces sweet and aromatic lemon-yellow, rounded fruits. It is a mid-season, medium-sized variety;
- Golden Girl. A distinctive feature is its sweet and tangy flavor. These tomatoes have won numerous exhibition awards.

The Redko collection also contains seeds of the following varieties:
- Orange Crush. It has an orange color. It is prized for its sweet, fleshy, and juicy fruits, which form tall, mid-season bushes;
- Georgia Stripe. Known among collectors for its golden-yellow hues and excellent flavor;
- Fire Eggs. This tall, early-ripening variety is distinguished by its sweet flavor and pear-shaped form. The average weight is approximately 80-100 g;
- Boar's Tooth. This tall, mid-season variety produces striped tomatoes in shades of brown and red. They have an elongated shape, vaguely resembling icicles.

Tomato seeds from collector Gusev
Another well-known tomato seed collector is Gusev. She recommends the following varieties for 2025:
- Tiny Tom. This early variety produces small fruits. It doesn't tend to produce side shoots. It produces an excellent yield and is well suited for indoor cultivation. However, when grown outdoors, it should be grown under cover. Cherry tomatoes have a sweet flavor;
- Yellow Liliput. Early maturing and does not form side shoots. Small bushes produce yellow fruits with a sweet taste;
- Tom Acrobat Yellow. This is a productive, early-ripening trailing variety that also doesn't form side shoots. It's suitable for both outdoor and indoor cultivation. In the former case, plastic covers are required. The Yellow Liliput has a sweet taste and a pleasant aroma;
- Cherry Waterfall. The bush produces numerous small red tomatoes that resemble cherries. A single bush can produce up to 1,000 fruits;
- A New Yorker. An early-ripening, determinate variety that forms small bushes. It produces tasty, fairly large tomatoes with a distinct aroma. Excellent for canning.

In addition to the plants described above, Guseva recommends growing the following varieties in 2025:
- Gold Medal. A fairly large variety with a distinct orange-yellow coloring, interspersed with pink veins underneath. The tomatoes are sweet when broken;
- Blue Beauty. Classic tomato flavor. Pink-purple color. Mid-season and fairly productive.
- Lily of the valley. Oval-shaped with a pointed tip, they are good for canning, but can also be stored fresh for a long time.
Tomato seeds from Popenko and Myazina
Experienced breeders Popenko and Myazina suggest growing seeds of the following tomato varieties by 2025:
- Craiova. Its characteristic feature is that it produces fruit around the clock, but only if properly maintained. Typically, tomatoes weigh no more than 100 g;
- Mongolian Dwarf. Considered very popular because it can bear fruit and grow in challenging conditions. The bush produces red, round tomatoes weighing approximately 200 g.
- Reinette. Considered a super-early variety, it tolerates dense planting and produces fruit weighing no more than 100 g. It is characterized by its resistance to various weather conditions.
- Tyimyr. This ultra-early, frost-tolerant variety produces round, red tomatoes weighing approximately 90g.
- Sub-Arctic. Characterized by very small, round, red fruits weighing no more than 50 g.
- Sweet Solano. Brought from America. Orange in color, weighing about 45 g.

These are the most striking representatives of the Popenko and Myazina collection.
Tomatoes from Lyubov Myazina
Lyubov Myazina once worked with Lyudmila Guseva. For 2025, she recommends seeds of the following tomato varieties:
- Lilac Mist. An early-ripening variety, it produces pinkish-lilac fruits with a sweet taste. They weigh approximately 250-300 g.
- Orange Smoothie F1. The bushes are quite tall and can reach a height of 170 cm. They produce heart-shaped tomatoes in bright yellow hues. They weigh no more than 300 g.
- Tsarevna Lebed F1. Pink tomatoes grow on tall bushes. They are characterized by a heart-shaped form. Their average weight is approximately 350 g.
- Magician. It is described as having pink, round tomatoes that are excellent for juicing;
- Frigate. Does not require pinching. It has an elongated shape and is red in color. It weighs no more than 90 g.

Myazina's collection also includes Belosnezhka, a medium-sized, early-ripening variety. The vine produces round tomatoes. Zolotaya Tyotsha F1, in her collection, is a hybrid characterized by round, smooth fruits weighing approximately 220 g. They are bright orange and resistant to various diseases.
