Composition and release form
Alatar contains two highly toxic substances that help quickly destroy all bugs in the garden. Thanks to the high concentration of substances that are lethal to insects, Alatar destroys entire colonies of pests.
It comes in two main forms: ampoules and vials. The first option is suitable for those dealing with a localized problem (for example, just one or two flowers), while the second is for more extensive treatment. Unlike many medications available in tablet form, Alaktar is only available in liquid form.
Active ingredient and mechanism of action
The two main ingredients in this product are cypermethrin and malathion. The former attacks the insects' internal organs, while the latter has a destructive effect on their outer shell. The product is so effective that one treatment is enough to get rid of most pests in the garden. Few people use this product more than twice.
Benefits of using
Undoubtedly, the product has many advantages:
- Extremely effective. Due to the fact that it contains two toxic substances, the product kills even insects resistant to chemical treatments.
- Cost-effective. The product requires very little application, even for treating large areas. Just one treatment is enough to destroy entire insect colonies.
- It doesn't wash off leaves. Thanks to its sticky substance, the product stays in place and works even after rain.
