- pour boiling water over the fruits and rinse thoroughly;
- remove the stems and cut each lemon into 4 pieces;
- remove the seeds;
- Pass the lemon pieces through a meat grinder;
- add sugar and mix thoroughly;
- pour the mixture into sterilized jars and close with nylon lids;
- Store the treat in the refrigerator.
